Fair Notice
Any student behaviour that could put others at risk will be responded to using clear steps and a community-supported threat-assessment process:

Prairie Spirit is a proud signed partner in the Saskatoon and Area Community Threat Assessment and Support Protocol (CTASP). This protocol allows community partners to proactively share information, advice, and expertise to provide appropriate trauma-informed support to our students and families. Emergency School Plans
Prairie Spirit schools have safety plans for emergencies like evacuations, hold-and-secure situations, and lockdowns. These plans are practiced throughout the year to help keep students and staff safe: Emergency School Plans

Mental Health and Well-being for Learning newsletter
The monthly Mental Health and Well‑being for Learning newsletter provides families with guidance and resources to help support their child’s well-being. Each newsletter has a specific focus and is meant to be highly practical for families and caregivers!

ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORTS

The annual progress report shall include one of the following: portfolio of work, or test results as outlined in the Home-Based Education Program Regulations 2-12.

The porfolio of work for purposes of the annual report is to include the following:

1) a periodic log;
and

2) one of the following for each of the broad annual goals:

a. a detailed summative record

b. sufficient samples of work; or

c. a summative record and samples of work.
