VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

If you require a criminal record check or a vulnerable sector check, the school will provide a letter to you that you must take with you to the RCMP station.

Please reach out to your child’s teacher for this.

Below are the applications you will need to fill out and take with you to the RCMP.

The applications will depend on your situation and what you are volunteering for and where.

All parents should sign and return this form so that they are able to drive for extra-curricular activities, field trips, etc.

Criminal Record Check: Any parent who intends to volunteer at the school or drive students must have a completed criminal record check on file. See: Administrative Policy 434
