We finish school at the age of 15 and go to work with the men. The kids that are still in school help the gardener go to school and play. As soon as we go out of school we go to the dairy barn to milk. We milk until the next second youngest comes out of school. Then he goes to the dairy barn and then you go to where the elders decide to put you. They might send you to work in the pig barn, chicken barn, beef ranch, turkey barn, and mechanic shop or woodworking shop. The guy that has been in that workplace the longest, will go out and get a tractor and work elsewhere, sometimes with a tractor. When the girls turn 15, they leave English school just like the boys.
