No, we do not celebrate this festival.  You are probably wondering why.  It was outlawed.  Not all colonies have outlawed it, but we are one of them that did.  I do not know why they did it.  Some of my friends celebrate it and they say it is most fun.  Well I guess this is our way of living on the colony.  Our people feel that it isn’t right to go around once a year dressed up like witches and goblins.  This is probably the way that it will always be.
