Fall 2008 Timetable
Permission to leave during final exams: This form is for all grade 9 - 12 students. It needs completed in January and June each year.
Internet Acceptable Use Agreement: This form is the agreement for all students in K-12. It contains all the rules, regulations and expectations of all students. It only needs to be filled out one time for each student.
Noon permission to leave: This form is for grade 10-12 bus students only. It allows them to leave during lunch time at any time in the year. All other bus students need to bring a note each day in order to leave the school.
Volunteer Forms: Policy 501 and Policy 501 Signature Form;  Policy 807 Transportation in Private Vehicles and Volunteer Automobile Driver Authorization Form Each volunteer for the school needs to fill these out. This covers transporting your children and others to field trips and extra curricular travel.
